Dr. Semira Beshir

Associate Professor - Pharmacy Practice

Biography

Dr. Semira Beshir is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at Dubai Pharmacy College for Girls (DPCG). She is involved in teaching, supervising, and mentoring BPharm and MPharm clinical students. Dr. Beshir obtained her PhD from the University of Malaya (UM) in 2018, her Master’s in Clinical Pharmacy from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 2008, and her Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) from Addis Ababa University (AAU) in 2006. She previously served as an Assistant Professor at Gulf Medical University (GMU) and Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences (CUCMS). Dr. Beshir’s goal is to empower students with practical skills, critical thinking, and a commitment to lifelong learning.
