Dubai Pharmacy College represented in FIP 2024
On September 1, 2024, Dr. Sherief Khalifa presented in the Global Academic Leadership Forum (GALF) of the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) - 2024 at Cape Town.
His presentation provided a link between student enrollment and faculty recruitment and retention with the quality of academic programs, the quality of Pharmacy graduates and the advancement of the Pharmacy profession.
The take home message was: if our priority is the best patient care and respect for the pharmacy profession, we must enroll the best and the brightest students and recruit and retain the highest caliber of faculty.
