Dubai Pharmacy College Faculty Successfully Complete
We are pleased to announce that a number of DPC faculty members have successfully completed the "Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education," an academic development program designed to enhance teaching effectiveness in higher education.
This practice-based course empowers educators with advanced tools and methodologies, fostering an engaging and effective learning environment for our students. By focusing on innovative teaching strategies and evidence-based practices, our faculty continues to lead the way in providing exceptional education that meets the needs of tomorrow’s pharmacists as healthcare professionals.
The program was delivered through three modules in February, April, and September 2024. Each module comprised various sessions that explored theoretical models and concepts from higher education, applied reflective analysis to current teaching practices, leveraged diverse learning environments and technologies to enhance student learning, and developed a critical awareness of the professional values guiding educational practice and development.
