A Fulfilling Start to Green February at Dubai Medical University – College of Pharmacy!
Dubai Medical University – College of Pharmacy students started a series of awareness sessions as part of "Green February: Educate, Engage, Empower."
This initiative, a collaboration between the Green and Sustainable Pharmacy course and Community Engagement, is more than just an awareness campaign—it’s an opportunity for our students to make a real impact. Throughout February, they will continue leading sessions across pharmacies, schools, and our campus, spreading awareness about sustainability in pharmacy practice.
Highlights of Series 1:
The team highlighted the impact of improper medication disposal and shared best practices for the safe disposal of unused or expired medicines.
