DPC faculty listed amoung Top 2% of Scientists
DPCG is proud to announce that one of his faculty, Prof. Aliasgar Shahiwala, Graduate Program Director and Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutics is listed among the top 2% of scientists in the world based on a single-year impact (2020) in a study conducted by Stanford University in PLOS Biology, a peer-reviewed scientific journal published on 19 October 2021. His rank is 1934 and 1658 for the composite citation index with and without self-citations, respectively, among the total of 131,063 scientists whose main subfield discipline is “Pharmacology & Pharmacy”. He also secured 1st rank among UAE scientists whose main subfield discipline is “Pharmacology & Pharmacy”.
